Purnima is the practice manager at Arizona Vein & Laser Institute since its inception in 2005.

Purnima has worked in the health care industry for over 15 years. She has been the key to implementing all the successful marketing programs for the clinics. She has made administrative changes that has allowed the company to grow into the success it is today.

She has a master’s in business administration to her credit. She works closely with her support staff in the clinical protocols and the administrative aspects of the company. Purnima plays a major role in the success of the organization. With her talents and efforts she’s helped to grow the clinic to 6 locations, with Scottsdale as the newest clinic that opened in December 2019. She’s very passionate about patient satisfaction and patient care, making Arizona Vein and Laser Institute the best in the Arizona market.

Frany M. has been with Arizona Vein and Laser now for more than six years. She has excellent communication skills over the phone and in person. She is a very compassionate person and never misses an opportunity to show that to everyone who visits the clinic. Her great sense of humor is very well received with everyone.

Elena plays a very important role at our Phoenix office as the front office intake associate. She is highly skilled in the duties of office clerical and medical record keeping.

In her spare time Elena enjoys spending quality time with her family. She enjoys taking trips to the ocean and having adventures with her family. She loves cooking delicious meals for her family and friends.

Jennifer is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and is a graduate of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program from the Pima Medical Institute.

Jennifer has been married to her supportive and loving husband of 4 years. Most of her family still lives in Louisiana but she loves travelling back to spend time with them in her spare time.

She is very passionate about her career and caring for her patients that she strives to continue her education in the health field.

Erika comes to Arizona Vein and Laser Institute with an Associate of Occupational Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography as well as holding a Medical Assistant Certificate.

All of her hard work has made Erika one of our top Medical Assistants here at our organization as she has been a valuable asset as a Medical Assistant with 4+ years experience as an Ultrasound Technician. Her knowledge and expertise has helped in the growth and reputation of our Practice.

She is also a wonderful wife and a loving mother of her two children. She enjoys her days off with her family by going to the movies and traveling to see family.

Her desire is to continue helping patients get back to a healthy and normal lifestyle. Erika’s goal is to continue being educated in her field so that she can utilize her skills and talents in the medical field.

Nancy has over ten years of experience as a laser tech and a specialist in aesthetics. She services our patients that need Aesthetic needs.

We have a passion of taking care of our patients not only from the inside but on the outside appearance of facial and venous leg aspects as well. Nancy grew up in Phoenix and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family.

Ayleen is a graduate of Carrington College and comes to us as a Medical Assistant. She plays a very important role as an M.A. in all our clinics, assisting Dr. Sharma and his staff with our patients’ medical needs. Our M.A.’s are the first people that our valuable patients see before the doctors and it’s important to have the knowledge and skills – we are happy to have such a valuable associate as Ayleen.

She enjoys being around the positive and energetic environment here at Arizona Vein & Laser. Ayleen also enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music when she’s not at work.
